Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Kansas City, MO

In this dynamic position, you’ll spend your time working at both a K-12 location—primarily elementary schools—and the innovative Early Education Center, a unique facility designed for early learners. The schedule allows for exposure to varied age groups and learning environments, and may involve travel between different sites within the district each day, based on workload needs. With an average caseload of 30-35 students, your main focus will be delivering therapy services, all while receiving supervision and support from the district team.
Ideal candidates are Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), but those with OT backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Flexibility, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their potential will set you up for success. Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), open to OTs
- Experience in K-12 or early childhood/school-based settings preferred

- Must be comfortable working under two supervisors
