Key Qualifications:

- Organizational skills and a flexible approach to dynamic caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy programs tailored to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapists on treatment goals
- Document daily progress and maintain accurate records
- Assist in evaluating student progress and suggesting program adjustments
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings as needed
- Support a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes student success and independence
