Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid COTA license in Kansas
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with therapists, educators, and families

- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical professional standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Support OTs in executing treatment plans and interventions
- Deliver direct therapy services to students as prescribed
- Document student progress, activities, and outcomes with accuracy
- Adapt sessions to meet diverse student needs and environments
- Collaborate with OTs, teachers, and support staff on student care strategies
- Travel between assigned campuses on a weekly basis as determined by your own scheduling
