Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Olympia, WA

Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Licensure
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and school goals
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized strategies
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory integration, and life skills
- Contribute to the overall well-being and academic achievements of diverse learners
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
Role Details:
- Start as soon as possible, with assignment continuing through June 11th, 2027
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Work with students across a broad age spectrum, from elementary grades to high school seniors
- Collaborate in a vibrant educational setting near Olympia, WA
