Desired Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Adept at collaborating with supervising OTs, teachers, and other school professionals
- Availability for required meetings outside regular student hours
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services under the supervision of an OT to support student goals
- Carry out intervention plans focused on students’ developmental needs
- Document progress and maintain timely records in compliance with state and school standards
- Participate in meetings, consult with staff and families, and adapt strategies as directed
- Support caseload continuity throughout the duration of consecutive OT maternity leaves
