Key Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of registered Occupational Therapists
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to supporting students’ physical, emotional, and educational development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services and document progress
- Adapt activities and environments to support student access and participation
- Visit assigned campuses weekly to deliver consistent intervention
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate regularly with OTs and educational staff
