What you’ll bring:
- Current state COTA licensure (required)
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Genuine passion for helping children develop essential life and learning skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility and a positive, proactive approach to meeting student needs
You will:
- Work with students individually and in small groups under the supervision of an OT
- Implement customized therapy plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Track progress and document outcomes for ongoing assessment
- Communicate student needs and progress with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support a creative, inclusive, and engaging therapy space
