Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Current certification as a COTA and licensure to practice in California
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and educational documentation

Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Address a variety of fine motor, sensory integration, and self-care needs within the school environment
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Assist with adaptive equipment and classroom modifications as directed
- Contribute to IEP meetings by providing relevant observations and input
- Foster supportive relationships with students, families, and staff
