Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Active OT license in Ohio (or ability to obtain)

- Comfortable with assessments, evaluations, documentation, and remote collaboration (teletherapy skills a plus)
- Ability to participate in virtual interviews via Zoom
- Satisfactory completion of district onboarding and credentialing
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete student assessments and evaluations as needed
- Supervise and support a long-term COTA handling direct therapy
- Participate in team meetings and indirect/admin hours (administrative time is paid)
- Collaborate with special education teams to support positive student outcomes
- Utilize district IEP systems (with training provided)
