Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join one of our trusted Pennsylvania school district partners for a full-time school-year contract.
This position is offered exclusively as a contract placement through ProCare Therapy, giving clinicians the opportunity to focus on student impact while our team handles onboarding, credentialing support, payroll, and district coordination.
Local vs. Travel Opportunities
Local Contractors:

Travel Contractors:
Designed for clinicians relocating temporarily for assignment-based work. Travel packages often include:
Higher hourly equivalent compensation

Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and reassessments
Develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
Track student progress and maintain compliant documentation
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Pennsylvania OT license
Passion for pediatric and school-based therapy
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
