Occupational Therapist School Setting in Anaheim, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in California
- Previous experience in a school-based OT position preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and students
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites
- Organized, flexible, and proactive approach to therapy delivery and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals and maximize classroom participation
- Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring for compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer consultation, training, and support to teachers and staff regarding student needs
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet the unique demands of each school site
