Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience working in school settings with a diverse student population
- Comfort serving grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
- Ability to work 1:1 with students as well as in classroom or small-group formats
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and create individualized plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students 1:1 and in group/classroom settings
- Support students in achieving IEP goals and increasing participation in academic and daily living activities
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and district policies
