Occupational Therapist School Setting in Anthony, TX

We’re seeking an innovative professional to deliver support and intervention within a flexible, contract-based assignment. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience serving school-aged children (K-12), ideally in a virtual setting
- Background working with diverse caseloads, including students with varying physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
- Comfort utilizing teletherapy platforms and delivering assessments/interventions remotely
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide virtual occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Evaluate and assess students’ needs, developing personalized intervention plans
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to incorporate therapeutic strategies into classroom and home routines
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions in a virtual environment
- Manage a caseload approximately 6-7 hours weekly, with an additional 10 weeks of comp time available during the assignment
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards in school-based teletherapy
