Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive OT evaluations

- Ability to organize documentation and maintain accurate records
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person, onsite OT assessments as requested by parents and school staff
- Observe students in classroom and specialized settings to inform evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to gather classroom performance data
- Engage with families to understand student needs and provide relevant feedback
- Develop thorough evaluation reports that align with IEP and school district guidelines
- Present assessment results and recommendations at IEP or eligibility meetings
- Follow up as needed to contribute to intervention plans or direct student supports
