Position Details:
- School calendar assignment: August 13th, 2026 – May 20th, 2027
- Part-time, 1.5 days per week (16 hours total)
- Serve a caseload of 20 students in a collaborative educational setting
- Onsite service requirement—full engagement with students and staff
What You’ll Bring:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license—required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to design, implement, and assess therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address students’ functional and developmental needs within the school environment
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress notes
- Offer consultation and support to school staff and families to maximize student participation and independence
