Qualifications:
- Active OT license is required
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred
- Ability to work onsite 1.5 days per week (16 hours) throughout the school year
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student needs in an educational context
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services tailored to K-12 students, fostering skill development and functional independence
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
- Participate in IEP development, progress monitoring, and team meetings
- Deliver thorough evaluations, document services, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom and school environment
