Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license (or eligibility) for Virginia
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and motivated to work with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services to K-12 students in a school district setting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
