School Occupational Therapist - Atlanta, Georgia

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing occupational therapy services for the 2026-27 school year. This dynamic, full-time contract offers the chance to work with PreK through high school students in a supportive educational environment. Situated just 20 minutes south of Atlanta, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to help students achieve their fullest potential across a range of ages and abilities.
Qualifications:
- Current, active OT license in Georgia required
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare occupational therapy strongly preferred
- Experience in Home Health OT is a plus
- Ability to effectively support a PreK-High School caseload
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to students, tailored to their IEP or 504 goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
- Complete assessments, maintain accurate records, and prepare required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multi-disciplinary team
- Adapt interventions for a broad spectrum of student needs and learning styles
