Occupational Therapist School Setting - Aurora, CO

Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the appropriate state
- Experience in school-based OT practice is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators, staff, and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Any district or state-specific certifications as required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students, helping them develop and strengthen essential motor and daily living skills
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ needs and progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and document student growth
- Develop personalized therapy plans and adapt interventions to fit each student's unique requirements
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages confidence, participation, and achievement
This position features a part-time schedule of 16 hours per week, from August 13th, 2026 through May 20th, 2027—ideal for those seeking a flexible contract role while maintaining work-life balance.
