Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required
- Valid state OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-age populations
- Comfort with long-term school-based assignments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and create individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classroom and other school settings
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in line with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
