Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid state licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Previous experience with pediatric caseloads or within a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within an educational team
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students aged preschool through high school
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to address motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required for compliance and ongoing evaluation
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development activities
- Provide recommendations and resources to support student achievement and engagement
