Key Qualifications:
- Active clinical license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Valid educator license from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
- Previous school-based experience is highly valued
- Ability to travel between multiple campuses
- Adaptable to variable start and end times depending on school assignments
- Completion of fingerprint-based background check requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy to students with varying needs, focusing on enhancing participation in academic and functional activities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Manage a caseload of students from Pre-K to age 22, adjusting interventions across developmental stages
- Maintain timely documentation and adhere to school and state guidelines
