Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience delivering occupational therapy services in schools preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt practice to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students’ IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on provided services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on OT-related goals and strategies
- Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive devices when appropriate
