Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Current state license or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional abilities and therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide integrated support
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute expert recommendations
- Educate staff and families on effective strategies for classroom and home
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and district guidelines
