Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings, is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable adapting to diverse student needs and educational goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in academic environments
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate progress records and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Stay current on best practices and compliance requirements for school-based OT services
