- Keen interest in supporting a diverse student population
- Ability to develop and implement creative, individualized intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify needs and determine appropriate interventions
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators and families to optimize students’ access to their learning environments
- Document therapy progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teaching staff to provide resources and strategies that benefit the whole classroom
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
