Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed OT or COTA in the state of practice
- Experience working in school-based, home health, or teletherapy settings
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
- Previous exposure to pediatric or school-aged clients preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress
- Assess and document students’ needs, progress, and outcomes
- Recommend adaptive strategies, equipment, and resources as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable regulations and standards
- Flexibly adapt to developing caseload information as it becomes available
