Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to online and in-person environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services tailored to students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement individualized plans to foster motor, sensory, and adaptive skill growth
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of student goals, interventions, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
- Use creative and evidence-based practices to keep students engaged in both face-to-face and remote therapy sessions
