This in-person role supports students in both the Clatsop Service Center and across Clatsop County, providing vital therapy services during the school year. The contract begins on July 6, 2026, with a flexible, month-to-month arrangement until the role is filled permanently.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Oregon
- Previous experience providing OT services in school settings is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and best practices
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Skilled in collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional levels and therapy needs
- Develop and deliver tailored OT interventions to help students succeed academically and socially
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports for compliance with school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for each student’s goals
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student growth
- Travel within the assigned locations as needed for direct services
