Occupational Therapist School Setting - Blaine, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with active credentials
- Previous experience working in K-12 schools (required)
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50+ students with varying needs
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and other staff
- Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable adapting therapy plans within a dynamic school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support student functional skills to enhance their participation in academic and daily activities
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student success
- Monitor progress, adapt plans, and ensure continuity of care
