In this position, you'll craft your own daily schedule (with some initial guidance) while ensuring all assigned students across Oakwood Manor Elementary, NKC High School, Gracemor Elementary, and Northgate Middle receive the dedicated attention they need. The caseload includes approximately 32 direct students, serving around 800 therapy minutes weekly. Each day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact, foster growth, and support students’ success within dynamic school environments.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapy license in Missouri
- Experience in school-based settings or working with children/adolescents preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate schedules and manage caseload efficiently
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to assigned students as scheduled
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Work with educators, staff, and families to support student progress and participation in school activities
- Maintain required documentation and reports in compliance with school and state regulations
- Adapt to a multi-site rotation, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery
