- Reliable, organized, and able to manage a varied caseload onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behaviors
- Conduct assessments, write evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Support IEP development and attend team meetings as an onsite OT resource
- Communicate progress and strategies to staff and caregivers, fostering student participation in school activities
- Maintain timely documentation and comply with all regulatory and district guidelines
