Occupational Therapist School Setting - Boston, MA

Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy following IEPs and district guidelines.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, session notes, and progress reports.
- Engage with educators and parents to support effective intervention and carryover of skills.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student success plans.
