Occupational Therapist School Setting in Boston, MA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License
- Previous experience as a school-based OT is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, and data collection
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with students, staff, and families
- Ability to design and implement interventions tailored for K-12 students
- Collaborative, positive, and adaptable approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students across K-12
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills necessary for classroom participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Consult with staff and parents on strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement
- Contribute to a dynamic, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
