Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for Washington State
- Experience providing school-based OT services preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassion and adaptability when addressing students’ unique needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy interventions targeting students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Complete thorough assessments and develop treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and district policies
- Consult with educators and families to integrate OT strategies into classroom environments and daily routines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to support student success
