Qualifications:

- Passion for working with children and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized therapy goals
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to support students’ academic and functional success
- Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals regarding student progress and strategies
- Provide consultation and education to school staff on accommodations and interventions
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
