Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Deliver direct therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs within classroom and pull-out settings.
- Work collaboratively with special education teams to create and update IEP goals.
- Maintain regular and organized documentation to track student progress and communicate outcomes.
- Provide recommendations and resources to educators and families to help generalize skills across environments.
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and related school activities as needed.
