Occupational Therapist School Setting in Bristol, CT

This is an onsite assignment running from late August through the end of November, offering a full 35-hour workweek in a supportive environment. You’ll work closely with students and staff, helping to address diverse needs throughout the district.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold an active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Connecticut
- Experience working in school-based OT settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and adaptability when traveling between multiple school locations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administration, and parents
- Demonstrated skill in assessment, intervention planning, and delivery for students with a range of needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across a district-wide caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and document progress
- Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom participation and student success
- Travel between locations as needed within the school district
- Deliver engaging and measurable interventions to help students access their learning environments
