School Occupational Therapist | Broomfield, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong ability to effectively manage a caseload of students with diverse needs
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with educators, families, and other service providers
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 20 students, as outlined in their IEPs and aligned with school policies
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to individual student goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapy interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Educate and support families and school personnel regarding strategies and accommodations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and school-specific regulations and best practices
This onsite, part-time position spans 1.5 days per week (16 hours total), running from mid-August to late May, giving you the flexibility to balance work with other commitments.
