Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license (OT) in the state of California
- Demonstrated experience working as an OT in a school-based setting
- Ability to assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy to meet student needs
- Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct occupational therapy services within the school environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team decision-making
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school, district, and state guidelines
- Offer training and consultation to school staff and families as needed
