Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to a variety of learning profiles
- Commitment to in-person service delivery (remote work is not an option for this position)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Deliver direct and consultative support to help students access the curriculum and school environment
- Document interventions, measure progress, and contribute to IEP development
- Engage in team meetings with other OTs to coordinate support and share best practices
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
