Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals based on student/student needs
- Collaborate with educators and parents to implement interventions in classrooms and other educational settings
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, delivering professional insights to support student accommodations and modifications
- Adapt therapy techniques to foster academic achievement and daily living skills
