Key Skills & Experience Needed:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
- Prior experience delivering OT services in a school setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and school staff
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and documentation
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group occupational therapy sessions to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluations to determine students’ eligibility and support needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create student-centered plans
- Provide consultation and training to staff and families to promote carryover and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is timely and compliant with school and state requirements
You will be based on-site at a welcoming elementary school, working with a supportive network of educators who are dedicated to student well-being. This contract role offers consistent hours throughout the remainder of the school year.
