Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous school-based OT experience required
- Strong understanding of pediatric and educational OT practices
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive intervention plans
- Document student progress while adhering to timelines and school protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding strategies and progress
- Travel to no more than three sites, ensuring consistency and quality of care
- Maintain compliance with all school district and state OT regulations
