You’ll have a consistent schedule—working two full days per week, approximately 15 hours, from now through the end of the school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice Occupational Therapy
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations (K-12) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate professionally with educators, families, and related service providers
- CPR certification and background check required before start
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide occupational therapy interventions for students with varying needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals as part of students’ educational plans
- Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities
- Communicate progress and recommendations to families and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team planning
