What we’re looking for:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (Georgia required)
- Previous experience working in school settings as an OT strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse elementary school caseload
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing consistent OT services during the assignment
- Able to travel between school sites within the area as needed
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary students and a private school student, supporting IEP goals and developmental needs
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated student support
- Develop and implement individualized and group therapy programs in educational settings
- Maintain thorough records and comply with all required regulations and procedures
