Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine students’ needs related to fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Monitor students' progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and input for students’ goals
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student independence within the classroom and school routines
