Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid OT licensure and credentials for practice

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and a collaborative spirit to work with teachers, families, and other specialists
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions to students as specified in individualized plans
- Collaborate closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop student-centered goals
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert input on student abilities and needs
- Design and implement activities to enhance fine motor, sensory, self-help, and adaptive skills in the classroom environment
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding strategies to promote student independence
