- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs through standardized testing and observation, documenting findings accurately
- Design and deliver personalized interventions to help students build skills for success in the classroom and daily tasks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and maintain effective IEPs, setting measurable goals for progress
- Provide training and resources for teachers and families to support students’ development across settings
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding documentation and service delivery
