Qualifications:
- Active OT license in California (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver direct services and consultation within the school environment
