Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and active OT license in the state of Illinois
- Experience working in a school environment is highly preferred

- Proficient in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with various physical, developmental, or emotional needs
- Design and implement therapy sessions to support IEP goals, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other professionals to promote student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school policies and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for accommodations and modifications
- Provide training and guidance to staff on adaptive techniques and classroom strategies
