Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Comfort working with diverse K-12 caseloads
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Ability to tailor interventions for a range of developmental and academic needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students based on IEP goals
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, aides, and specialists to foster optimal student outcomes
- Support classroom participation, sensory needs, and adaptive skills for students throughout the program
- Engage with families and staff to provide resources and recommendations
Schedule & Details:
- ESY Program runs from June 29 to August 6
- Workdays are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week
- 8:45am – 12:15pm schedule, ideal for those seeking meaningful part-time work over the summer
