Qualifications & Experience
- Active Michigan occupational therapist license is required
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though new grads with related pediatric practice are welcome
- Comfortable working with students ranging from elementary through high school

- Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Commitment to fostering student independence and functional participation in all aspects of school life
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with various abilities
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom instruction
- Deliver direct services, monitor progress, and adapt interventions to meet evolving needs
- Provide training and support for school staff regarding accommodations and inclusion strategies
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
